This 12-week program helps couples break unhealthy cycles, manage emotional reactivity, and rebuild trust and connection in a structured, supportive environment.
Through a combination of individual and joint sessions, reflective exercises, and guided practice, couples get to learn to respond instead of react, understand the barriers to communication and begin to communicate effectively during conflict, and reconnect emotionally all while staying accountable to each other and the relationship. Arguments happen and they should. We have an unhealthy idea in our society that couples shouldn’t argue. It is inevitable and what’s even more important is 69% of arguments are not solvable. (if you are a problem solver, that can be incredibly frustrating to hear. The secret is in repair. Couples who learn to repair quickly and consistently teach their nervous system that it is normal to argue and that we are still going to be okay. How couples repair shapes the relationship success. The Art of Repair is a 6 week therapeutic program designed to teach couples the importance of dialogue, repair and give the skills to repair.
Through guided exercises, practical communication tools, and reflective practices, couples learn to repair ruptures, express needs safely, and create patterns of connection rather than escalation.

10-Week Trauma-Informed Individual Therapy Program

Grief doesn’t have a linear timeline, it often feels like we are alone in our grief as it truly ebbs and flows and sometimes crashes without even a warning. Through the Fog is a gentle, traumainformed therapy program designed to help you navigate grief at your own pace. Over ten weeks, we focus on safety, compassion, and steady emotional processing, and normalization of what the grief and loss process truly looks like. This is not “getting over it,” it’s learning to live alongside your loss with more ease, understanding and care.
Each session offers guided themes like building safety, expressing the unspoken, listening to the body, holding memories with compassion and strength and reconnecting with your life. You’ll receive grounding tools, gentle body-based practices, and optional Accelerated Resolution Therapy sessions to support healing when emotions or memories feel stuck.

Grounded in research and real-life relationship work, this program helps you identify and heal attachment wounds, strengthen your sense of self-worth, develop the communication skills and boundary skills to show up in your relationship authentically without losing yourself in the process.
Through guided exercises, reflective journaling, and therapeutic tools from Gottman, Terry Real, and Internal Family Systems, you’ll build emotional resilience and clarity, learning to navigate dating and connection from a place of grounded confidence, worthiness and self-assurance.
