Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of any upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send out appointment reminders through your requested contact method. Although we make every effort to contact you before an appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
Your appointments and your well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Because we value your time, we do not double book our clients. As such, your appointment is a valuable time that our team has set aside especially for you. For cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling requests, or missed appointments with less than 48 hours notice, the full fee may be charged.
